The Marianist Mission wanted to improve their online communications to their donors. However, they were not getting the results that they hoped for and even considered to stop sending emails. To improve their email communications, I implemented a consistent header into every email and adding CTA buttons. I also listened to what donors valued, i.e. prayers, and used that information in the emails, such as a prayer request CTA button. As a result, the click-through rate and donor initiated correspondence to our office significantly improved.
